Last Thursday we held a graduation ceremony for our IOTC Constitution Class

Last Thursday Jan. the 14th 2016 we held a mini graduation ceremony for our class of 2015. Everyone learned much about the origins of law and government. We look forward to holding another constitution class in 2016.
